So if you patiently trained your Abra, you get a really good Pokemon. With Speed and Special like that, you could easily last until the end of the game. And you get Confusion to start tearing things up. Really, you should have no problems and you can add to it later with sweet TMs. Just don't let it get it, it's still really damn frail. Everything got a boost by 15, which isn't great and makes no difference in the low stats, but it pushes the good ones into overkill, really. If you have no way to evolve this and improve, you won't be missing out on too much, so you'll be just fine.
